If a masterclass doesn't reach its funding goal by the deadline, all students receive a full refund automatically. No questions asked.

2. Cancellation Before Funding Goal

You can cancel your enrollment at any time before the class reaches its funding goal and receive a full refund. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellation After Funding Goal

Once a class reaches its funding goal, cancellation policies vary by tutor. Some tutors may offer partial refunds up to 48 hours before the class start time. Check the specific masterclass page for details.

4. Class Cancellation by Tutor

If a tutor cancels a funded masterclass, all enrolled students receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from attending a live class, please contact support within 24 hours. We will work with the tutor to provide a solution, which may include a recording or partial refund.

6. Quality Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a masterclass quality, please let us know within 24 hours of completion. We review each case individually and may offer a partial refund or credit.

7. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
